SLelections 2007

Logging in today, I found the following letter in my Inbox:

"To All Second Life Residents

Concerned Residents of Second Life do hereby declare a new election process for Governor.

Governor Phil Linden has held the office for four years and the seat is now deemed up for re-election.

Interested parties should file a Petition of Candidacy in accordance with SL 22.141(A)(4) with the Concerned Residents of Second Life Board of Elections no later than June 14 to be eligible for this election ballot.

Voting will be open to all residents and will be held on July 1, 2007."

SLelections 2007 are coming! Now, the big question is: Who should I vote for? Can there be a candidate who supports all the goals which are important to me? Will the goals of LAG be a part of the new governor's concerns? Will anybody fight for our right to dance? And most important: Who will fight for my neko rights?

Considering all this, how about a neko candidate? Can cuteness win over actual polititcal contents?
