Veyron Supercharge has challenged the SL Blogosphere in a new meme. This time, it's about "showing off" the place where you were born on SL after coming over from Orientation Island. So, I put on my old newbie outfit and went back in time...
Back in February 2007, I entered the beautiful world of SL at the Isabel Infohub.
After looking around, trying out the benches and chatting a bit, I walked out onto the street.
And there it was: The Shelter! I hit the teleport and landed right in the middle of a group of nice friendly people. For the next weeks, the Shelter became my home, the place where I met a lot of my friends and even my first SL love. Even though I haven't been there often during the last months, this place is still quite important to me and will forever take a place in my heart.

Wow! I think i don't have my old newbie outfit in my inventory, sure i deleted it, but i remember where i was born. My first rezzday is next friday Oct 26th, so is a good time to look back and revisit the place where i was born.... if is still there.
